Our Policy

At Misa Oku, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or be late your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy:

On appointment day

We strive to provide each client with our undivided attention and a relaxing experience.

To ensure this, we schedule appointments with enough time between clients to avoid overlapping.

We kindly ask clients to arrive 5 minutes before their appointment or on time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes early for your appointment, please call or text us to let us know.

This helps us maintain our schedule and ensures that you receive the full benefit of your scheduled time.

If you are late

If you anticipate being late, please let me know as soon as possible. While I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that your appointment may need to be shortened if there is another booking immediately after yours.
Rest assured, the price for your appointment will remain the same. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Last Minutes Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of $30 per hour for the scheduled service, payable via e-transfer. 

  • This fee is required to secure another appointment in the future.

    • For example, the cancellation fee for a 60-minute massage is $30.

    • For a 90-minute worth waxing appointment, the fee is $45.

  • If you have been sick for a few days, please advise us beforehand. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make every effort to accommodate your circumstances.

  • In the case of a weather situation or a sudden illness on the same day of the appointment, we will try to waive the cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.
